What Happened?

I want to start this off by sharing my gratitude for having the opportunity to be your coach. It is truly a great honor to be surrounded by like-minded people. I am grateful to share time with you whether it is at our gym or at the location of your choosing. Regardless where it is it's always a good time. I want to continue to deliver the best and meaningful services to you. I know there are some obstacles that we must face with the changes in our society: economy, expectations of work, and most of all . . . time. With all these challenges that we face in our seemingly fast and evolving society, Lucy and I have been brainstorming the last couple months to further enhance your fitness experience with us.


We understand that fitness can be difficult to squeeze into a busy schedule, especially since the world seems to be going so fast with no intentions to slow down. So we hope that our ideas will bring you services to help you reach your fitness goals and to stay on track. Here are some of the things that we have done:

1. "Rooted Kingdom" Podcast

So there are many reasons behind us launching a podcast. It seems most of us are experiencing the "return-to-office" work again, which means commuting and traveling for work again. Also I know there is a lot of information on the World Wide Web about fitness and it can be confusing. With the podcast we can address that information and you can listen in while you're driving to work or perhaps when you're up and about. Which brings me to our next topic;

2. "Hey Coach" forum

Along with the podcast, this one will allow us to connect more outside of our regular scheduled sessions. "Hey Coach!" will be a place for you to ask me questions about fitness, perhaps interpret an internet article pertaining to fitness and nutrition. There are two categories (for now): Podcast and Fitness Discussion. Each category serves a purpose. Essentially both are the same, except the Podcast category is specific for information you would like me to discuss on the podcast.

  1. Podcast - This is where you can tell me which information would be most valuable and important to you so I can discuss it as a topic on future podcast episodes. Also, if you want me to give you a shoutout for being the most amazing person in the world, I would happily do that too!

  2. Fitness Discussion - This category is for everyone. You can ask or answer fitness-related question or give me and Lucy suggestions to help make our service more meaningful to you. Don't be afraid to ask questions because someone else may have the same one. And if you know the answer, simply chime in and give it.

3. Online Fitness

In effort to make our services more accessible to you, we have cam up with Online Fitness. Here, you will find pre-designed online programs and Videos on Demond. Yup, that's right! You can work out with me anytime and anywhere! If you want something more personalized to meet your needs, simply let us know and we can make it happen.


And here is the exiting part about this! If you hold an active fitness plan (reoccurring monthly plan) you will have UNLIMITED ACCESS to our pre-designed workout programs. I will be creating new workout programs consistently as part as your benefit for being an active fitness plan holder.

4. Fitness Plan Updates

Just as I mentioned in the last paragraph of Online Fitness, pertaining to an active fitness plan holder, you will also see new additions to our Plans & Pricing. The latest addition is the "5 Live Stream Classes" pack. Essentially live stream classes are $20 per class, but when you purchase the 5 live stream classes pack you will be getting the classes at $15 per class. Another addition to the fitness plans is the "Online Fitness" plan. This plan gives you complete UNLIMITED ACCESS to our pre-designed programs, Videos on Demand, and weekly 1-on-1 calls with me to discuss your progress.

5. Live Stream Classes

You can workout with me in real-time from the comfort of your own home. These classes are $20 each and are 30-minutes long. Perhaps you want to see another exercise format and need a different time other than what I am offering, head over to the "Hey Coach!" forum and post your suggestion. Here are the classes:

6. Website revamp

We made the flow of our website easier to navigate with ways for you to easily connect with us. You will see a purple "Let's Chat" button. You can chat with us in real-time here. Perhaps you dont want to post it in the "Hey Coach!" forum and your question is a bit more private. No worries, this is the place for you to connect with us.


We will continue to find ways to better serve you and communicate through our resources. I look forward to continuing to be your coach and finding ways to ensure you remain inspired, motivated, and on track to your fitness goals. See you all in session next week!!
