With so many "diet" plans on the fitness market, it can be difficult to decipher which one is best for you. How Does it Work?

Download the Zoom app to your device (phone, laptop, etc.)
Our Administrator, Lucy Fracker, will contact you to schedule your sessions and e-mail you your Zoom link.
5 minutes prior to your session, click the Zoom link in the e-mail we sent you.

Hi! My name is Herman and I am a fitness trainer/instructor specializing in yoga, sports performance, and nutrition. I was extremely overweight weighing in at 250 lbs. I know how difficult a fitness journey can be and I understand it is different for everybody. Fitness begins with the proper mindset and the tools to succeed. Along my journey I have learned ways to be consistent with exercise as well as develop short-term and long-term goals. I want to share my journey with you.
