Refunds
Intangible items (Single Sessions / Services). Refunds are only given if the session was not scheduled. If the session was scheduled and the cancellation is before a 24-hour period your session will be refunded at your request. 

Intangible items (Pricing Plans / Services). You will be refunded on the sessions not used or scheduled / cancelled (within our 24-hour period cancellation policy). Monthly plans must be cancelled in order to receive a refund.
