Mom of 4 grown kids (2 mine, 2 from my husband) 4 dogs, 1 cat, 2 birds. Grammy to 8 phenomenal grandkids. Happily married to my Huni Rick. Herman and Lucy have been a huge factor in my life as of now. I’ve gained 80 pounds since I’ve gotten married. I’ve never been a small person, but who gains 80 pounds in 7 years!? Me. That’s who. I didn’t just want to lose the weight, I wanted to be strong. I wanted to look strong. I want to see my grandkids graduate and get married. I was so done with the pain of just walking. Then I met Herman! Only 2 months in and I have very little back pain. I can move better, I feel so much better in general! I never thought it would be possible just after 2 months, and with how far I let myself fall into a 7 year slump. Loving this journey thus far!
