Our certified personal trainer, Coach Herman, is a certified virtual coaching specialist that will work with you to create an individualized fitness program that will help you reach your goals. Whether you're looking to tone up, increase strength, or improve your overall health, Coach Herman will create a plan tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24-hour notice of cancelling any appointment before your class or session starts. If you are experiencing an issue with Zoom services outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy, please contact the Admin office: via text, email, or phone call immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. Any appointment may be rescheduled with respect to our policies. "No-shows" are considered to be any appointment where there is no communication on your behalf to us of your intent to cancel, not to participate, or missed (willfully or not). "No Shows" will forfeit their appointment and will be counted against your number of sessions. Rooted Kingdom reserves the right at any time it may deem fit, to modify, alter and or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, our service, or any part thereof, with and without notice.
