This is a total body strength exercise program that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished! You will work every major muscle in your body. All you need is about 30m-minutes, some space, and couple pair of dumbbells; medium (ex: 15 -20 lbs) and heavy (ex: 20 - 30 lbs). Let's get working!
