Hi friends! I'm Coach Herman, or simply just Herman. I am retired law enforcement (August, 2020) and my wife and I started Rooted Kingdom in March of 2018. I have always enjoyed fitness and teaching others so I started my training as a fitness coach. I studied through the National Academy of Sports medicine and Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I hold crednetials in personal training, group fintess, sports performacne, and fitness nutrition. I also practice yoga and have trained to be a practical yoga instructor. I truly enjoy fitness and sharing my knowledge with others.

Yoga is probably my favortie discipline, becasue of the mental and physical health benefits. But I also really enjoy cycling!

My hobbies include reading (horror or thriller books), writing, cycling and Seattle sports. I love my sports team! Kraken Hockey🏒, Mariners Baseball ⚾️, Seahawks Football 🏈, and of course, Seattle Supersoncs 🏀 2024/25!!!
