Before strength training one must first focus on functional movement and stabilization. I learned this the hard way. I have always done a “strength” training program, and never focused on stabilization and functional movements. I used to have little pains and injuries And never knew why. I started to focusing on stabilization and functional training. I feel great. I did this for about a month to prepare my body for strength training. The point is, be sure to work out with purpose and do not forget the little things that are tied into the big things. Well, it’s time I move onto my strength training program. Happy Sunday rooted kingdom! Whether it be off season or prepping for a show cardio plays a crucial role! I do have to say my favorite form of cardio is HIIT on the spin bike because it never fails to get a good sweat going and helps build up my endurance quite fast! What’s your guys favorite cardio?
